Programs publish their own application rounds. Current dates, capacity, and document lists are confirmed in the applicant portal; check the program page again before submission.

How to apply

From choosing a program to confirming your place

    Choose a program

    Compare study level, curriculum, prerequisites, and language of instruction to identify the right pathway.

    Prepare documents

    Collect qualifications, transcripts, language evidence, motivation statement, and any program-specific material.

  3. 03

    Submit online

    Create an applicant profile, select the program, upload documents, and submit before the published deadline.

  4. 04

    Academic review

    Admissions and academic teams review the file; some programs add an interview, portfolio review, or research discussion.

  5. 05

    Accept your offer

    Confirm through the portal and follow the formal offer for registration, visa, housing, and orientation steps.

Some programs also require a portfolio, research proposal, evidence of prerequisites, or an interview.

  • Qualification or expected-completion evidence appropriate to the study level
  • Complete transcripts and certified translations where required
  • Evidence of proficiency in the program’s language of instruction
  • A statement of motivation, relevant experience, and future goals

International applicants

One application. A coordinated route to arrival.

After admission, the Office of Admissions and Center for Student Development coordinate visa documentation, housing information, registration, advising, and orientation. Applicants are not asked to complete unnecessary arrival formalities before a decision.

Frequently asked questions

01Can I apply to more than one program?

Yes. Each program reviews independently; submit the required material for each and track each status in the portal.

02Does UFM accept international qualifications?

Yes. Admissions assesses qualifications against the program level and relevant Polish requirements; certified translations or clarification may be requested.

03Is Chronospatial Science open to all applicants?

Foundational theory follows normal academic admission. Device engineering, field experiments, and restricted facilities additionally require safety training, ethics review, and continuity clearance.

04Is housing and visa support available after admission?

UFM provides guidance and coordination, but visa decisions rest with the relevant authorities and housing depends on actual availability and contract.

05How are decisions communicated?

Formal decisions are issued through the applicant portal and registered email. UFM does not request payment or sensitive information solely by social-media message.
